Appointments for May Mini-Term: Thursday, May 16, through Wednesday, June 5 (excluding Monday, May 27)

During Mini-Term we have one schedule for both graduate and undergraduate students. Any tutor working in this schedule can help you with writing for coursework, application materials, and can provide support for students for whom English is an additional language.

  • Select the "Grad & UG Writing Help: May Mini-Term 24" schedule

To make an appointment:

Appointments may be made between 1 minute and 7 days in advance.

All appointments during May Mini-Term are online.

  • First-time users of WCOnline must register for a free account.
  • Log in and select the appropriate schedule.
  • Change the week as desired. Appointments may be made up to 7 days in advance and up to 1 minute before the start time.
  • Choose the time that you prefer. Available times are shown in white boxes. Adjust the appointment length.

Use the "Waiting List" feature (bottom right of each day's appointment listings) to be notified of openings created by cancelations. You must make the appointment yourself if you get a notification that a spot is available.

When it’s time for your appointment (Eastern time):

A few minutes before your appointment, log in at https://utk.mywconline.com, open the schedule, click on your appointment slot, and click "Start or Join Online Consultation.

Cancel in advance if you cannot make it. Log in at https://utk.mywconline.com, click on your appointment box, and click “Cancel Appointment.”

Please, don't be a NO SHOW. Not showing up prevents another student from getting help at the time you booked but didn't use. Set an alert for your appointment and SHOW UP! Cancel IN ADVANCE if you can't make it--this opens up that time for another student.

Students who miss more than 3 appointments without canceling ahead of time will not be able to make further appointments.
